In the early 1990’s, David transitioned to a catastrophic plaintiffs’ personal injury practice, while also devoting his energies to the development of a large loss property subrogation practice handling cases throughout the western United States. That experience provided a solid foundation for litigating and understanding all types of product failures, fire litigation, and representation of families victimized by the conduct of others.
In 1999, David formed The Kurtz Law Firm. The firm competed with Arizona’s largest firms. After 23 years in various managerial positions, David transitioned to a solo practice. Since then he has been devoted to handling only complex litigation matters where he can focus upon the unique challenges required of tragic cases.
